Welcome to our fantastic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, freshly painted and floored, conveniently located near exciting attractions and dining spots! Situated in a superb neighborhood with a park for walking and biking, our home offers Wi-Fi and smart TVs for entertainment. Enjoy the comfort of new bedding and linens, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax and savor breakfast on the Lanai while watching the kids swim in the pool, secured by a safety fence. Pool and spa heat are included in the summer rental through November. For winter months (December to April), there's an additional fee for heating (details available upon request).

The space boasts 2 king-sized beds, two twin beds, and a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Smart TVs are available in all 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the garage/game room area. The master bedroom features a large bath and separate shower, while another king-sized bedroom offers a private bathroom with a shower. The kids' room and another bedroom share a bathroom.

With a well-functioning AC system, a fully furnished kitchen, and comfortable living room seating, our home ensures a delightful stay. Guests receive a keypad code for the front door upon arrival, and the property includes Wi-Fi access. The pool area is screened and fenced for privacy.

Guests have access to a two-car driveway, with no parking permitted on the street or grass. Laundry facilities are located off the kitchen.
