Driveway will accommodate 2 cars. Per city and HOA regulations, a walk way cannot be blocked in any way by a vehicle. There is limited additional parking available at the club house. State registered and insured vehicles only are permitted. No Camper, RVs or trailers are permitted per the HOA rules and regulations.

Once the property management company has completed there inspection, inventory and cleaning procedures and confirmed that nothing has been damaged and or stolen the deposit will be refunded within 24 to 72 hours.

Infants are allowed. An infant is typically defined as a child under the age of 2 years old.

Full service kitchen with oven, range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and two coffee appliances. We also have crockpot, air fryer, and much more. The villa is also equipped with a full sized washer and tumble dryer.

Home can sleep a max of 10 with one being on a futon in garage. 
 
Rooms are as followed: 
Primary Bedroom- King Size bed 
Secondary En Suite- King Size Bed 
Third bedroom-2 twin beds 
Fourth bedroom-Bunk bed with full size on bottom and single bunk on top

We can arrange for a propane BBQ grill for your stay if you let us know in advance for a small charge. 

The villa is located in a gated community for guest and owners only. The gate is physically operated 24 hours daily by security service professionals. 

Home is equipped with safety fence around pool and alarms on door to pool area. Home also has pack and play and guard for twin beds to assist children that may roll off the bed.

No Parties, photo shoots or filming of inappropriate behavior on the property. If city, county, state or federal law enforcement intervention is required due to illegal activity on the property and or in the subdivision all occupants will vacate immediately with no refund of fees and deposit. Maximum occupancy for this villa is 10 ten people. Exceptions for infant children only may be made. Infant typically is below the age of 2 years old. 

No smoking. Please maintain 5 to 10 feet distance from open doorways and open windows.

Each room is equipped with at least a 42 in Smart TV with apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Paramount Plus. Home also has high speed wifi, cable, and alarm system through ADT.

We are a retired military family that lives in NC. We have 6 children and 4 grandchildren. We have began purchasing short term rentals to be able to provide the experiences we love when we travel to others.
